The founder
Built by someone who lived the problem
Business Review 360 was founded by Rodney Lunt, a sales-and-operations leader with 17+ years in Australian electrical wholesale and renewable energy. He is based in Morayfield, Queensland, and currently leads Queensland North sales operations at Tradezone as Sales Manager.
Rodney built BR360 because he watched it happen repeatedly across the businesses he led: good ideas from frontline staff went unheard, unrecorded, and unimplemented. Not because the ideas were bad, and not because managers didn't care. Because there was no structured way to capture them, weigh them, and close the loop with the people who raised them. Spreadsheets and suggestion boxes produce the same outcome: a pile of unread text and a team that stops bothering.
His background is commercial operations, not academia. He has led sales teams through turnarounds, managed P&Ls, and spent years watching the gap between "we value our people's input" as a stated value and the reality of how ideas actually get handled. BR360 is the tool he wanted when he was in those roles. He builds software on the side to solve problems he has faced himself.
