Business Review 360 was founded by Rodney Lunt, a software developer and entrepreneur based in Australia. Rodney built BR360 to solve a problem he observed repeatedly in organisations: good ideas from employees go unheard, unrecorded, and unimplemented because there is no structured way to surface them.
